Ludlow Motors Triumph as Suzuki Announce 2012 Dealer Award Winners

At an awards ceremony hosted by Kriss Akabusi held at Suzuki’s annual national Dealer Conference Ludlow Motors was presented with the prestigious award of Dealer of the year, beating off competition throughout the country. The award is voted by customers who gave recognition for a range of achievements throughout 2012 including customer service and quality of work. The dealership was also congratulated for it’s outstanding vehicle, parts and accessory sales.

Ludlow Motors also picked up a 20 year long service award for their long term dedication and were congratulated by Sales and Marketing Director Dale Wyatt for their efforts, he also thanked them for their commitment to the Suzuki brand.

Peter Hughes, General Manager at Ludlow received the award on behalf of his team. He commented on the excellent achievement and how Ludlow has continued to go from strength to strength, he also looked to what Suzuki has to offer in 2013, “Looking forward, we are moving into a really exciting period which includes the launch of a new C Segment Crossover model that will help to raise awareness of Suzuki in the UK. Being voted best in the country by our own customers through Suzuki is testament to the work put in by the whole team and will certainly give us a boost to carry on achieving great things in the coming year.”

This year Ludlow will also be celebrating the 60th anniversary of the family-run business they are a part of, which began trading cars in Worcester in 1953. The original founder was Derrick Grieveson; his son Stuart is now the Managing Director and three of Derrick’s grandchildren all work within the group. It’s a truly family-run local business and this is evident in ethics it is run by and the down-to-earth, common sense approach to providing excellent customer service.
